Lower Wensleydale Aiming High

Yorkshire Dales Leader Programme

£76, 534 was awarded to the Leyburn and Mid Wensleydale Business Association to appoint a development worker and raise the profiles of Leyburn, Middleham and their hinterlands based on a three year rolling programme.

 

The worker would be commissioned to oversee the delivery of the Branding and Promotions Action Plan through the engagement of volunteers from the local and business communities. It is envisaged that the worker would be self employed and commissioned to deliver agreed actions/ outputs. Leyburn and Middleham Town Councils have agreed to provide ‘touch down’ desk space and meeting facilities at Thornborough Hall and Middleham Key Centre.
